What happens after I hold a slot?
We reserve your district slot and email you when your onboarding window opens. No card, no commitment until you're live.
Will my customers know it's AI?
Tasmin introduces herself as your receptionist. Most callers want their boiler looked at and a time in the diary, and she gives them both in under a minute.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Your number stays yours. Calls forward to TradesInvo, and you can pick up yourself any time you're free.
Is it really only five firms per district?
Yes, and it's enforced in the database rather than in the marketing. Once five firms in a district are in, everyone else joins the standby list for launch.
What does it cost after early access?
There's a free tier, then Starter at £49, Growth at £149 and Pro at £299 a month. Founding slots keep the launch price for good.
Why is the receptionist the whole product?
Voice AI only recently got good enough that a customer will happily book a boiler repair with it. The incumbents noticed and bolted it on to their job-management apps as a paid extra. We built the company the other way round: the receptionist is the product, and everything else exists to serve the job she books. Early access is five firms per district because we would rather onboard properly than fast.
