Terms & Conditions

These terms form a legal contract between you (the Customer) and Perpetually Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16482921), with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA ("TradesInvo", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the TradesInvo service, you agree to these terms.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

TradesInvo is a software-as-a-service platform for UK trades and local service businesses. It includes lead capture, customers, quotes, jobs, calendar, invoices, payment tracking, reviews, reporting and AI-assisted features described on our website and inside the product.

We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid plan we will give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund.

You must:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and use a strong password.
• Notify us promptly at security@tradesinvo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, including by your team members.

We offer a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan. If you do not, your workspace is paused and your data is retained for 90 days so you can resume any time.

Plan prices are shown on the pricing page in GBP, ex VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout where applicable.

• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month.
• Annual plans are billed in advance for 12 months and include two months free.
• Per-user plans are billed on the number of active seats at the start of each billing period.
• AI usage above the included monthly credits is billed at the published overage rate.

We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice. Existing billing periods are unaffected.

You can cancel, pause or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Pro-rata refunds apply to annual plans on cancellation. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for the full details.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to TradesInvo (your customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, files and similar). We process it on your instructions as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

You can export your data to CSV at any time and request a full export on cancellation.

You must use TradesInvo in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it, with notice where reasonable.

We (or our licensors) own all rights in the TradesInvo software, brand and content. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your business during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or use it to build a competing product.

TradesInvo includes AI features built on OpenAI (lead triage, quote drafts, review replies, voice-note transcription) and, where enabled, ElevenLabs (the AI voice receptionist). AI output may be inaccurate; you must review it before sending to customers. You are responsible for what you send.

We do not use your customer data to train third-party general-purpose AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on AI processors and data handling.

TradesInvo integrates with third-party services including Supabase (hosting), Stripe and GoCardless (payments), Twilio and Meta WhatsApp (messaging), OpenAI and ElevenLabs (AI features), and PostHog and Google Analytics (analytics, only with your visitors' consent). The full current list is in our DPA.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, the service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every specific requirement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the section above:

• Neither party is liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the contract is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

The contract starts when you accept these terms and continues until ended by either party. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. We may suspend the service immediately for non-payment or serious breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

On termination you may export your data for 90 days, after which it will be deleted from active systems (backups follow our standard rotation).

If you use TradesInvo as a sole trader who is also a consumer under UK law, nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the DPA, the Acceptable Use Policy and any order form form the entire agreement between us.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice with at least 30 days' notice.

You may not assign the contract without our consent. We may assign on notice to an affiliate or as part of a corporate transaction.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any jurisdiction.
