01Who this applies to
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to anyone using TradesInvo, including account owners, team members, and end customers who interact with TradesInvo features (such as quote acceptance pages).
02Prohibited activity
You must not use TradesInvo to:
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages that breach PECR / the UK GDPR.
- Send messages that are unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent or threatening.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Upload malware, viruses or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or systems we connect to.
- Scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the service to build a competing product.
- Resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement.
- Process special-category personal data (health, biometrics, etc.) without an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards.
- Process payment-card data outside our supported payment integrations.
03AI-specific rules
- You must review AI-generated content before sending it to a customer.
- You must not use AI features to generate misleading testimonials or fake reviews.
- You must not use AI features to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
04Fair use & rate limits
We apply reasonable rate limits to keep the service stable. Sustained activity that materially exceeds normal use for your plan may be throttled and we will work with you on the right plan.
05Reporting abuse
If you believe TradesInvo is being used to send abusive messages or to commit fraud, please email abuse@tradesinvo.com. We investigate every report.
06Enforcement
Breach of this policy may result in warnings, suspension of specific features, suspension of your account or, in serious cases, termination without refund. Where lawful, we will give you the opportunity to fix the issue first.
