Refunds & Cancellations

The 14-day free trial does not require a payment card. At the end of the trial your workspace is paused; no charge is made.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period. You can cancel any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of the term, we refund the unused full months on a pro-rata basis, less any annual discount you have already benefited from. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

You can downgrade plan or reduce seats at the end of any billing period. Mid-period downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Unused AI credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle and are non-refundable.

If you believe you've been charged in error, email billing@tradesinvo.com within 60 days. Verified errors are refunded in full.

Sole traders who qualify as consumers under UK law retain their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts where it applies.
