Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Perpetually Limited has taken during the financial year ending 31 March 2026 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Perpetually Limited is a UK-based software-as-a-service company providing tools for trades and local service businesses. We have a small UK-based team and a limited supply chain of cloud infrastructure, software and professional services providers.

We assess the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain as low. Our principal suppliers are large, regulated technology and professional services companies headquartered in the UK, EU and US.

• Anti-slavery & human-trafficking policy applicable to all staff.
• Code of conduct requiring lawful and ethical behaviour.
• Whistleblowing policy with anonymous reporting channel.

We require key suppliers to confirm their own compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (where applicable) or to provide equivalent assurances. We review supplier compliance annually.

All employees complete modern slavery awareness training at induction and refresher training every two years.
