Review reply writer
Respond to a bad review without making it worse. Paste the review, pick the star rating, and get a public reply that acknowledges the complaint without admitting liability you didn't intend to admit.
Your review reply will appear here once generated.
A bad review sits on your profile for as long as you leave it unanswered, and every future customer who's deciding whether to book you reads it before they read anything else. The instinct is either to say nothing, or to reply defensively and make it worse. Neither helps. This tool writes the reply that actually works: it acknowledges the complaint, doesn't admit to something you weren't told to admit, and invites the conversation offline where it belongs.
Why the reply matters more than the review
Most people reading a one-star review aren't judging you on the complaint itself — they're judging you on how you responded to it. A calm, professional reply that takes the issue seriously does more to reassure a future customer than a page of five-star reviews with no replies at all. A good reply also isn't a place to relitigate what happened on site. It's two or three sentences that show you're reasonable to deal with, then a nudge to sort the detail by phone.
A worked example
Review in: "2 stars — turned up late and left mess in the hallway." Reply out: "Sorry to hear the visit didn't go as it should have — being late and leaving mess isn't the standard we aim for. We'd like to put this right, so please give us a call on the number on our profile and we'll sort it directly." No excuses, no arguing about whether the mess was really that bad, just a straight acknowledgement and a way to move it off the public page.
What this isn't
This is a first draft, generated from the review text and star rating you give it — it doesn't know what actually happened on the job, so read it back before you post it anywhere. It's deliberately written not to admit a specific liability or promise a refund figure you didn't ask for, but it can't judge whether a particular reply is right for a particular customer relationship. Treat it as a starting point that still needs your own judgement, not something to paste in unread.
